Professional Background

Promoted three times in three years at Wells Fargo, where I lead data and strategy initiatives. I served on the CEO’s data and strategy SWAT team, supporting engagements with leaders like the CFO of Vuori, the Queen of the Netherlands, U.S. political figures, and other global leaders.

I started on the data science side, where I delivered a range of analytics and automation projects — including models in R and Python that identified customer attrition drivers used to target in retention campaigns. I also built the data pipeline that powers the CEO’s SWAT team. Over time, I accepted an opportunity on the strategy side, curating actionable materials and shaping substantive narratives for executive discussions.

Before Wells Fargo, I worked in audit and IPO readiness at Deloitte Boston.

I’m an active CPA with a master’s in analytics from NC State.

A professional priority of mine is joining a team that (1) promotes the cutting-edge, creative, and responsible use of AI and (2) provides opportunities to further demonstrate my leadership.

Technical skills: Python, R, SQL, VBA, PowerQuery, dashboard development, AI prompt engineering.

Distinguishing skills: (1) Relentless problem-solving & execution and (2) actually giving a shit

Personal Background

I find my greatest joy and accomplishment in my role as a proud husband and father to two boys, George (4) and Oscar (1).

I currently live in Belmont, NC and frequently visit the mountains of western North Carolina and the nearby White Water Center.

I am a gardening and lawn enthusiast and maintain a lawn that looks better than most public golf courses. I enjoy it so much that I own a small weed control and fertilization business on the side - OSO Turf Care.

I'm an avid west-coast skier and an aspiring self-taught classical guitarist.

I also love my dog, Penny, a champion bird-dog. Thinking about a cat - TBD.
